This is the official map of the territorial jurisdiction of the Vicariate of St. Anne of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos. It is composed of nine parishes and one mission parish within the political jurisdiction of three towns: Hagonoy, Calumpit and Paombong, Bulacan.
The color patterns present the different parishes and the jurisdiction they have in the area. In Hagonoy, there are six parishes (6) namely the National Shrine and Parish of St. Anne (Carnation Pink) composed of the barrios of Sto. Niño, San Agustin, San Sebastian, Sta. Monica, San Jose and San Nicolas in Hagonoy; the Parish of Nuestra Señora del Santissimo Rosario (Cerulean) composed of the barrios of Sto. Rosario, San Pascual, Sta. Cruz, Mercado and the island of San Roque in Hagonoy; The Parish of St. Helena the Empress (Orchid) composed of the mainland barrios of Sta. Elena and Sagrada Familia and the island barrios of Pugad and Tibaguin in Hagonoy; the Parish of St. John the Baptist (Yellow) composed of the barrios of San Juan, Tampok, San Isidro and San Miguel in Hagonoy ; the Parish of St. Anthony of Padua (Brown) composed of the barrios of Iba, Iba-Ibayo, Palapat and Carillo in Hagonoy and Iba Oeste and Iba Este in Calumpit and the Parish of Ina ng Laging Saklolo (Orange) composed of the barrios of San Pedro, San Pablo and Abulalas in Hagonoy and San Isidro II in Paombong.
There are also territories from the towns of Calumpit and Paombong. The Parish of St. Joseph the Worker (Green) is composed of the barrios of San Jose, Meyto, Panducot and Pulo in Calumpit. The parishes in Paombong are: the Parish of St. James the Apostle (Red) composed of the barrios of Poblacion, San Isidro I, Sto. Rosario, San Vicente, Sto. Niño, Pinalagdan, Kapitangan, Malumot, San Roque and San Jose in Paombong and the Mission Parish of Sta. Cruz composed of the barrios of Sta. Cruz, Binakod and Masukol which are island areas in Paombong.
